John Marinopoulos
John Marinopoulos is an advisor to governments and the private sector on resilient infrastructure, disaster risk reduction, cities and precincts to understand and realise the value and benefits from planning and delivery of infrastructure. John has over 30 years of experience in delivering strategic analyses and assessments to drive performance. Specific areas of expertise include resilient infrastructure assessment, financial modelling, quantitative modelling, strategy development, econometric analysis, market and customer research and analysis, risk assessment, stakeholder and reputation management and large scale project management.
John is also the co-program lead for the Enabling Resilience Investment Framework. John was one of the driving forces behind the creation, development and implementation of the ERI approach and guidance.
